      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the delivery and governance of the knowledge management program, ensuring accuracy and adherence to style guides
      - Evaluate data to enhance communication experiences and identify knowledge needs for article creation or updates
      - Partner with business owners to modernize the Salesforce knowledge base platform
      - Establish and maintain a governance program for knowledge management, ensuring routine updates of articles
      - Collaborate with technical partners to position knowledge articles effectively for targeted audiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - An earned bachelor's degree in information technology, Knowledge Management, Project Management, Computer Science, or a related field
      - CKM (Certified Knowledge Manager) certification
      - 3-5 years of experience managing knowledge management systems and developing knowledge articles
      - Proven project management and prioritization skills
      - Excellent writing, interpersonal, and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - A master's degree in a related technical field
      - 5+ years of experience managing knowledge management systems and creating style guides
      - 3+ years of experience with Salesforce's certified Knowledge Management system
      - Experience working with international divisions or partners
      - Familiarity with multi-channel communications capability
