What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business leaders to identify areas of opportunity and gaps in knowledge flow
- Design and implement core knowledge management approaches to support critical knowledge flow
- Develop and maintain the knowledge management technology infrastructure and strategy
- Facilitate the gathering and documentation of requirements with business and technology partners
- Monitor and evaluate knowledge management programs and external benchmarking opportunities
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or equivalent experience in knowledge management or records management
- 6-8 years of knowledge management, consulting, or related experience
- Strong experience with M365, including configuration and user education
- 6+ years of program/project management experience
- 3-5 years of experience in a consultative role
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Intranet development and operations
- Proven ability to inspire and motivate teams to enhance knowledge sharing behaviors
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically about business processes
