      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide administrative support to the Corporate Development Manager and department
      - Assist with processing underwriting agreements, billing, and revenue tracking
      - Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, and handle inquiries from stakeholders
      - Create and track revenue reports and projections, and maintain the client database
      - Collaborate with team members to ensure project milestones are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma
      - Minimum of six years of progressively responsible experience in an office or administrative environment
      - Demonstrated communication skills, both oral and written
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
      - Ability to manage multiple priorities and ongoing projects effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
      - Experience in project or office management in a sales, fundraising, or marketing environment
      - Familiarity with public broadcasting
      - Experience with research software tools like Nielsen/Scarborough and Nielsen Audio
      - Ability to train co-workers on new software products
