What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review client account activity, statements, and client profile information
- Conduct background checks, customer research, and transactional analysis
- Perform regulatory and sanction screenings and assist with periodic review processes
- Escalate unusual activity and potential risks as needed
- Present summarized findings and recommendations to peers and management

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in financial crimes, AML investigations, or operational risk
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- CAMS/CFE certification preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) monitoring or compliance roles
- Familiarity with regulatory reporting and governance processes
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with leadership and peers
