      L&D Project Manager
      • Contract Duration 1 Year
      • Pay range $55 - $70/hr

      Summary of Day to Day Responsibilities:
      • The L&D Project Manager will be responsible for partnering with individual businesses, Talent & Learning Advisors, Learning Solutions Architects, Mandatory Senior Manager and Mandatory Program Manager, vendors, and the broader L&D team to ensure end-to-end delivery of high-quality, innovative, diverse, multi-modal blended learning solutions on a variety of learning projects that support business priorities, enable people strategies and impact key business measures.

      Key Accountabilities:
      • In partnership with business-specific Learning Solutions Architects, Mandatory Senior Manager, and Mandatory Program Manager, lead and/or support the end-to-end planning and execution of mid-complexity learning and development projects and programs which entail design, development, and delivery of internal or outsourced enterprise-wide and business specific solutions.
      • Understand the learning development and delivery processes specific to the client that deliver various learning formats including virtual classrooms, eLearning, webinars, self-led materials, and workshops of learning and development programs.
      • L&D Project Manager will develop and implement effective stakeholder engagement and strategies leveraging key project management assets e.g., charters, project schedules, and change requests to ensure tight governance control and risk management throughout the project/program.
      • Strong client focus with an ability to listen and quickly learn about the various clients that the Learning function serves and become a trusted advisor in delivering learning projects successfully.
      • Acts as lead for quality review of training content delivered by external vendors, checking alignment with program strategy and escalating any concerns.
      • Support low to medium complexity needs for learning and development support (such as coordination of asset distribution between stakeholders and external vendors; French translation organization and management.
      • Support deployment activities /conversations (such as submitting artifacts for approval, and obtaining and tracking approvals).
      • Support achievement of key milestones and delivery timelines in partnership with Learning and Development partners, project managers, and external vendors
      • Collaborate with LMS and the business deployment team to define and obtain approval of LMS specification documents.

      Job Requirements:
      • Knowledge of project/program support, planning, and implementation
      • Ability to absorb, synthesize, and analyze significant amounts of information/research.
      • Enjoy working on complex issues.
      • Have proven planning and project management skills, with an ability to provide oversight and coordination of multiple projects/changing priorities, concurrently under tight timelines and with multiple stakeholders.
      • Ability to build and maintain relationships with different stakeholders including executives, L&D Centres of Excellence, HR Data & Analytics team, and external partners/vendors.
      • Ability to work and operate in a fast-paced environment.
      • Ability to continually assess and prioritize workflow based on the needs of the project.
      • Ability to tolerate some ambiguity and lend structure to the work to move it forward.
      • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal and external stakeholders and build relationships effectively leveraging sound communication, negotiation, consensus building, and influencing skills.
      • Solutions-focused, "can-do" attitude to foster positive team morale and high engagement on projects.
      • Display agility and strong organizational skills, to demonstrate progress in a fast-paced environment.
      • Solid competency in MS Office suite especially MS Project
      • Familiarity/competency in team meeting facilitation in virtual environments leveraging collaboration tools like Adobe Connect, WebEx, MS TEAMS, and SharePoint.
      • Experience supporting eLearning across multiple platforms (i.e., HTML 5 output that works on tablets, smartphones, and desktops as one SCORM package) is nice to have.
      • Experience with eLearning tools and standards (i.e., SCORM, AICC, HTML 5) and experience with industry development software like Articulate, Adobe Connect, etc. is a nice to have.

      Note:

      • Schedule: 9 to 5 pm – Monday to Friday
