      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, approve, and renew electrical licenses and certifications in compliance with state laws
      - Serve as the primary point of contact via phone, email, and in-person for internal and external customers
      - Manage documents, payments, refunds, and financial transactions accurately
      - Handle in-person paper processing tasks such as mail handling and document stamping
      - Assist customers in navigating complex processes and resolving issues

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - Two years of experience providing assistance to clients/customers regarding inquiries or complaints
      - OR one year of experience as a Customer Service Specialist 1
      - Effective communication skills to convey complex information clearly
      - One year of cash handling experience

      - Comfortable using multiple technology systems
      - Experience in a fast-paced environment with diverse customer interactions
