What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work on projects to advance DEI priorities in the College of Letters & Science
- Serve on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Committee as the Graduate Representative
- Coordinate program activities and events hosted by the Office of DEI
- Produce materials for the program, such as presentations, training materials, and toolkits
- Attend bi-monthly College DEI Committee meetings and quarterly retreats

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current graduate student, preferably in an L&S department
- Demonstrated strong commitment to advancing diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts
- Experience leading group activities
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Proficiency with word processing, Excel spreadsheets, and data entry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with programs like Canva, Publisher, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
