      Location: Home-office based position must be located near a major airport in any of the following States: NJ, NY, MA, IL, IN, PA, DE, OH.

      Territory: Includes North East to Northern Midwest covering (MN, IA, WI, IL, MI, IN, OH, WV, PA, NJ, NY, CT, RI, MA, NH, VT, ME, Canada (Ontario & Québec) , reporting to the corporate office in NY) .

      Position Summary:

      The Lab Product Specialist is the face of Kuraray Noritake Products to our customers. This position is responsible for providing Tier 1 & 2 (basic to moderate troubleshooting) support for customers to optimize our customer product experience and ultimately increase our sales. Using your deep understanding and technical knowledge of digital dentistry, milled zirconia, porcelain, stain and glaze products, you will grow brand awareness, manage a sales territory, and build long-term customer relationships. This position requires frequent overnight and extended travel to visit customers in the field. You will communicate internally and externally regularly (via Teams, phone calls, text, emails,) to develop leads, gather market and customer data, organize local events, represent our portfolios at trade shows, and generate contact reports in Salesforce.

      Responsibilities:
      • Research, plan, and execute quarterly travel plans designed to grow sales throughout your territory.
      • Be the primary point of contact for supporting our distribution partners with technical questions and service calls.
      • Frequently contact customers including warm and cold calls to present the features and benefits of Kuraray Noritake products, consult with dental professionals, and provide exemplary customer support.
      • Communicate clearly and professionally with customers to determine their needs and present the appropriate products, solutions, and services in person, via teams and using PowerPoint presentations.
      • Competently represent our portfolio and conduct sales during tradeshows. Passport is required as occasional international travel may be required.
      • Identify and/or develop local sales organizations and events to support sales goals.
      • Communicate relevant sales promotions and pricing to customers and dealer partners as needed.
      • Prepare accurate and timely reports (monthly, event, and Salesforce) as required.

      Minimum Qualifications:
      • High school diploma or equivalent required
      • 3+ years' experience in dental lab product sales, marketing, or customer service or experience working as a Dental Technician.
      • Proven ability to independently manage and develop a portfolio of accounts.
      • Strong self-motivation with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
      • Willingness and ability to maintain a rigorous travel schedule (including parts of Canada) (approximately 50% travel per month) to ensure consistent customer and opinion leader engagement.
      • Excellent verbal, written, and PowerPoint communication skills with the ability to present information persuasively and drive sales.
      • Strong organizational and time management skills.
      • Demonstrated professionalism and commitment to excellence in both team and individual responsibilities.

      Preferred Qualifications:
      • Bachelors degree in a related field
      • 5+ years of combined experience of working in or selling to dental lab product environment, marketing, customer service, and/or work as a Dental Technician (DT).
      • Previous experience selling, marketing, or providing customer service in digital dentistry, particularly with zirconia discs, porcelain, or related products.
      • High proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce (or similar CRM), Smartsheet, Shopify, etc.
      • Bilingual proficiency in Japanese, Korean, French, or Spanish is a strong plus.
