Come join Amazon Key as a Sales Operations professional, supporting our innovative delivery solutions. In this role, you will partner with our sales and technical teams to enhance the customer experience through data-driven insights and operational excellence. You will contribute to the improvement of processes that enhance the internal customer and sales operations experience, while managing tasks and influencing stakeholders across the organization.
Key job responsibilities
• **Business Insights & Analysis**: Provide clear analysis of large data sets from Q.A. system testing to drive actionable recommendations for sales leaders and identify root causes of technical issues
• **Data Visualization & Reporting**: Create data visualization approaches including metrics and dashboards to support operational improvements and product reliability tracking
• **Process Enhancement**: Identify opportunities for process automation and enhancement in access control systems to increase productivity and improve the sales operations experience
• **Cross-functional Collaboration**: Work on ambiguous data requests and technical challenges, employing analysis to troubleshoot field-reported issues and propose solutions
• **Documentation & Communication**: Maintain effective written and verbal communications through technical documentation for installation and sales procedures, ensuring accuracy across all published sources
• **Project Management**: Apply project management techniques to identify risks and opportunities, drive timelines, and deliver on deadlines for system configuration builds and validation
• **Operational Support**: Participate in operational management activities including technical product research and system testing to enhance the internal customer experience
• **Quality Assurance**: Cross-check analytical data with other published sources to establish fidelity and ensure errors do not occur in our delivery solutions

About the team
The Amazon Key team helps enable Amazon deliveries by providing simplified and secure property access control. Each time a package is delivered, technology is at the scene, and behind the scenes. Today, Key for Business supports Amazon Logistics, and our scope is expanding every day. • 2 years’ experience installing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues in access control industry
• 2 years of low voltage wiring experience
• Experience reading wiring schematics
• Basic engineering knowledge: mechanical, electrical, software
• Experience with electromechanical components (i.e., relays, timers, transformers and switches)
• 1 year experience with Microsoft Excel and Word• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of delivering results on time
