What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and facilitate process improvement teams using quality tools and strategies
- Partner with managers, clinicians, faculty, and staff to develop plans for improving patient outcomes
- Collect and analyze data from process improvement initiatives
- Develop action plans to improve outcomes
- Monitor compliance with quality measures specific to desired patient outcomes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of two years of quality management or process improvement experience
- Ability to track, monitor, and report process improvement initiatives
- Knowledge of qualitative improvement tools and methodologies
- Strong analytical and innovative thinking skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certification in healthcare quality, Lean, or Six Sigma
