- Full-time. Hours for this position are Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
- Fully remote, but must live in the Kansas City area
Schedule appointments for all SL outpatient lab locations (Patient Service Centers)
Addresses and documents client and patient inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Follows department protocols for add on testing
Works a queue to resolve specimen issues (this may include problem solving, notifying the client, calling patients for recollection, transcribing orders, etc.)
Fax lab results
Order couriers for specimen pick ups
Uploads patient documents to hospital chart
Escalates unresolved concerns to the SLRL Customer Accounts Manager
Other duties as assigned
