- Own and manage the data logic changes to OneTeam for designated
- departments / areas
- Ensure OneTeam accurately reflects all labour tasks and rates to meet business requirements
- Respond to store / business queries and requests for OneTeam information based on the data logic
- To lead effectively acting as the OneTeam labour standards subject matter expert for designated departments / areas
- Create process maps with operational experts
- Embed an understanding of OneTeam
- Support the successful delivery of business initiatives with the right hours and REM
- Support stores to understand and achieve hours and REM targets
- Proven experience in retail/stores operations, Store Management, Store Support/Department Management
- Demonstrated experience with Business process analysis, development of work standards• Understanding of Coles stores procedures specifically online and central functions
- Good understanding of resource planning and rostering principles
- Understanding of engineered work standards i.e. fair and accurate measurement of productivity goals (preferred)
- Microsoft Office (Intermediate level of Excel)
- Excellent time management, organisational and prioritisation skills, with strong resilience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Business Process Analysis principles, methodology and tools
- Strong analytical / statistical data analysis skills

Our Workforce Planning Team play a crucial role in ensuring that our stores remain well-resourced daily. We are looking for an experienced Labour Standards Analyst to join the team.
About the role
As a Labour Standards Analyst, you will be responsible for working with various stakeholders and creating work standards, business rules and logic for store operational areas.
