- Five years of applicable experience and a college degree is required. Must have played or coached at a high level of lacrosse. Will have and maintain relationships with NCAA DI-III and club lacrosse organizations and be active in state, regional and national programs.
- Must have highly developed interpersonal skills, can meet people with ease, communicate the written and spoken word with tact and diplomacy, and work effectively within every level of CEF.
- Possesses excellent organizational skills, is well-disciplined, and can work under pressure of many priorities and deadlines.

We are also less than two hours away from Chicago and Indianapolis.RESPONSIBILITIES: The Lacrosse Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing the CMA and CGA lacrosse programs, ensuring the development of players and coaches, and representing the institution in a first-class manner. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, establishing a clear mission and vision, and fostering positive relationships with all stakeholders.
The Lacrosse Program Manager will establish and articulate the mission/vision for Culver's lacrosse program, ensuring positive interactions and behavior on and off the field. They will serve as the Head Coach for the CMA Prep lacrosse team. They will manage the CMA lacrosse coaching staff, support the CGA lacrosse staff, and oversee administrative tasks such as game scheduling. The coach will engage with counselors to ensure student-athletes are fully involved in their non-lacrosse responsibilities and address any concerns. Recruiting duties include setting high standards, meet with all potential recruits and managing on-campus recruiting events. The coach will balance competitive excellence with the Culver experience, create a comprehensive player development program, and collaborate with strength and conditioning staff for student wellness. Logistics management includes scheduling practices and games, ordering uniforms, and ensuring players’ health and safety. The coach will foster positive campus relationships, manage the lacrosse club account for additional needs, oversee event management for home games, and engage with lacrosse alumni through timely communication.
