      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Create training data sets for AI models to enhance accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice
      - Annotate data to ensure AI models align with human values
      - Analyze and improve grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training data and AI-generated text
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to refine AI models
      - Meet target KPIs, including daily job count and specified production hours

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Language proficiency (CEFR C1 level or equivalent) in English and native proficiency in Polish
      - Completed bachelor's degree
      - Exceptional writing skills
      - Strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
      - Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and shifting priorities
