What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create training data sets for AI models to improve accuracy, fluency, coherence, and voice
- Annotate data to align AI models with human values
- Analyze and enhance grammar, syntax, and sentence structure of training data and AI-generated text
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and software engineers, to refine AI models
- Achieve target KPIs, including daily job count and specified production hours
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completed bachelor's degree
- Language proficiency (CEFR C1 level or equivalent) in English and native proficiency in Ukrainian
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving guidelines and fluid priorities

- Excellent writing skills with a strong understanding of grammar, syntax, and semantics
- Ability to edit and improve technical communication across various technical fields
- Creative thinking and strong attention to detail
