What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Taking all Potential New Client (PNC) calls as soon as possible
- Contacting the Attorneys about whether we can accept a PNC's case or not in a timely manner
- Scheduling and dispatching Investigators as needed
- Retrieve police reports and scene/injury photos
- Set appointments for potential clients that meet our criteria to keep our lawyers' schedules organized and grow our caseload
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Available to be on call and work on weekends, evenings, and holidays on a rotating basis
- Bilingual (Spanish Speaking a plus)
- Previous legal experience a plus
- Sales or customer service experience highly valued
- Firm knowledge of spreadsheet and data management, as well as computer skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus
