      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Field inbound calls from prospective clients, screening for potential cases and scheduling appointments
      - Manage administrative tasks such as sorting mail, setting deadlines, and maintaining calendars
      - Conduct follow-ups with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any questions
      - Assist in onboarding new clients and preparing engagement agreements
      - Update and maintain the firm's databases and tracking systems for leads and client interactions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of immigration experience
      - Familiarity with immigration forms and ability to set deadlines
      - Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft 365
      - At least 1-2 years of experience in an immigration law firm performing administrative tasks
      - Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Proficiency with MyCase software
      - Ability to communicate in Spanish or other languages
      - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
      - Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data entry
      - Experience with social media marketing, particularly LinkedIn and Facebook
