      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

      - Screen and evaluate potential new client contacts, establishing a compassionate connection and understanding their goals
      - Convert qualified potential clients or schedule attorney consultations
      - Gather detailed information about potential clients and their situations
      - Describe the firm's services, approach, engagement agreement terms, and retainer accounts to potential clients
      - Accurately record all potential client intake information in the firm's CRM system
      - Follow up with non-converted potential clients
      - Assist attorneys in consultation preparation
      - Answer incoming calls and provide assistance
      - Contribute to the development of additional resources for potential clients
      - Collaborate with team members to support the firm's mission

      What is Required (Qualifications):

      - Proven sales track record without high-pressure tactics
      - Ability to handle pressure and sales conversations gracefully
      - Authentic connection with others, demonstrating empathy and compassion
      - Discretion in handling confidential information
      - Skill in recognizing buying signals and overcoming objections
      - Proficiency in technology and CRM databases
      - Strong multitasking abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

      - 5+ years of sales experience, ideally in a family law firm
      - Familiarity with intake and pre-qualifying leads in a legal setting
