      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders and act as the main point of contact for clients
      - Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring smooth transitions to technology solutions
      - Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to maximize software utilization among clients
      - Analyze software usage data to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize licenses
      - Communicate goals and objectives to sales and functional business units, assisting in partner activities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 5 years of experience working directly with enterprise-level customers in the Cisco space
      - Experience with Cisco licensing models and Smart Accounts
      - Cisco Customer Success Manager (DTCSM) certification required
      - Strong communication and writing skills
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred
