What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Supervise and manage a team of approximately 6 technical staff in LDAR project activities
- Collaborate with client representatives to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
- Oversee project activities, including planning, execution, and monitoring of schedules
- Generate work requests and follow up on LDAR maintenance repairs
- Establish and monitor project safety and quality programs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate degree preferred with 5+ years of relevant management or LDAR experience
- Proven ability to manage professional staff and provide technical guidance
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Valid Driver's License and ability to work in adverse weather conditions
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of rules and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with LDAR / Fugitive Emission Monitoring (Method 21) and calibration
- Background in business support, technical, or production staff management
- Experience in developing processes and procedures for functional strategies
