Description
Responsible for maintaining and managing financial records for all Rueter equipment performing a
variety of tasks. Including financial data entry, analysis and ensuring compliance with accounting
regulations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
• Admin staff support for all Rueter’s locations
o Accounts payable
o Accounts receivable
• Daily deposit reconciliation for all locations
• Journal entry and G/L Maintenance
• Assist in month end processing
o Bank reconciliation
o Sales summary
o G/L reconciliations
o Accruals
o Depreciation
o Fixed asset tracking
• Assist in end of year processing (including 1099 preparation)
• Assist to maintain internal processes and compliance
• Auditing to ensure A/P accuracy in expense allocation
• Oversee customer payments and allowance on uncollectible accounts
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• 3 years’ experience in accounting position
o Preferable with supervisor experience
• Knowledge of basic accounts payable and receivable best practices
• Knowledge of modern personal computer applications and processes
o Word/ Excel
o Microsoft Office
o QuickBooks
• Self-motivated with high attention to detail
• Ability to maintain a professional working relationship with others at Rueter’s locations and
other departments
