      Job Title: Advanced Analytics Professional - DNA Team

      Job Description:

      This position is for an advanced analytics role on the DNA (Data iNsights & Analytics) team. DNA is a platform that incorporates multiple technological solutions to provide users and client business units with spend analytics data for AT&T and Supply Chain Operational Analytics. DNA is based on a Snowflake architecture with a Power BI embedded node and takes data from over 60 AT&T source systems to provide key insights, enable advanced modeling use cases, deliver self-service opportunities, and drive savings and operational improvements for AT&T.

      Key Roles & Responsibilities:

      • Responsible for use case enablement, including requirements definition, problem statement identification, driving product-centric outcomes, data mining, analytics, modeling, and more, using tools like: Snowflake, Power BI, Databricks, H2O Driverless, Python, etc.
      • Builds datasets, models, tests scenarios, identifies opportunities, and validates findings in real-world scenarios
      • Collaborates closely with clients, users, peers, and leadership on a daily basis
      • Delivers regular updates to leadership, with the ability to influence decision making
      • Quantifies significance of data variances, applies an array of statistical methods ranging from traditional to newly-developed
      • Develops reports, charts, tables, and other visual aids to drive insight delivery
      • Advises clients, leaders, users, and peers with regard to patterns and relationships within the data to recommend business direction or outcomes

      Experience and Skills Required:

      • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, technological tools and AT&T datasets
      • Strong communication skills: verbal, written, influential, tools
      • Experience with SQL, Snowflake, Databricks, Python, modeling, etc.

      Compensation:

      Our Lead Advanced Analytics Supply Chain earn between $130,700.00 - $196,100.00 USD Annual in Dallas, TX, and Bedminster, NJ. Our Lead Advanced Analytics Supply Chain earn between $116,700.00 - $175,100 USD Annual in Atlanta, GA. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
