Lead Affiliate Relations Coordinator
General Job Description:
Weigel is the leader in the multicast television network space with MeTV, Memorable Entertainment Television being the number one rated and distributed network in the space, as well as the Movies! Network in cooperation with the Fox Television Stations, H&I Heroes & Icons, the Catchy Comedy Network, Story Television, MeTV Plus and Start TV in partnership with the CBS Television Station Group has an immediate opening for a Lead Affiliate Relations Coordinator.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Department point person for senior management to assist in generating reports and special projects as needed.
Assist and manage Network communication and relations with 9 networks and 70+ affiliates
Troubleshoot and resolve emergency situations using SOPs in a timely fashion
Keep updated records of contacts
Ability to troubleshoot quickly while managing multiple tasks
TV Cable research analysis
Build strong relationships with local affiliate points of contact
Ability to work internally with department heads
Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Excellent Microsoft excel skills an absolute must
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency working with excel is key.
Previous experience working with multiple channels / networks
Experience in Quickbase and S&P Global is preferred
Laser focus attention to detail
Ability to work independently
Ability to prioritize tasks on a deadline
The passion and knowledge of classic TV a strong plus, and the skills to apply these to our programming, planning and strategic thinking are key, along with mastering the mechanics of the position

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $60,000-65,000 annually. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
