What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and generate ad-hoc and standard reports using SQL programming and other analytic tools
- Coordinate report generation and distribution schedule to ensure timely delivery
- Guide team members in data analysis and trend identification using statistical tools
- Manage creation of databases and reporting tools for monitoring and tracking
- Assist with special projects and requests from internal and external stakeholders

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or Computer Science
- 6+ years of experience in Data, Finance, or Systems Analysis
- Expert knowledge in SQL, SSRS, and SSIS or similar tools
- Experience in healthcare analytics and financial/utilization metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Math or related field
- Experience in Medical Economics and knowledge of Performance Indicators
- Familiarity with BI tools such as ProClarity and Med Insight
