- Conduct secondary reviews of both database (e.g., Teradata) and non-database (e.g., extracts, reports, Tableau) products
- Participate in enterprise-wide strategies to resolve highly complex and unique problems through the application of advanced industry techniques, integration of multi-source data, and deep mathematical analysis—delivering scalable, innovative, and long-term solutions
- Measure and communicate data quality status and improvements
- Produce evidence of quality checks and process that are auditable
- Align process with CAR and Enterprise governance guidelines
- Collaborate across people, processes, and technology/tools within a highly intensive and complex data environment
- Communicate effectively, in both written and verbal formats
- Coordinate completion of multiple tasks and meet aggressive time frames
- Negotiate, influence, and collaborate to build successful relationships and deliver
- Participate in complex projects involving advanced analytics and modeling techniques, ensuring alignment with enterprise goals and cross-functional impact
- 5+ years of Analytics and Reporting, Financial Modeling, Statistics, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- 5+ years of SQL experience
- 3+ years of testing or quality assurance experience
- 3+ years of BI Reporting tools (Tableau, MicroStrategy, Power BI preferred)
- 3+ years of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) experience
- 3+ years of experience with System Integration Testing (SIT)
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 3+ years of Teradata experience
- 3+ years of SAS experience
- 1+ year of Big Data experience
- 1+ year of BSA/AML experience
- 3+ years of experience in data quality and best practice design concepts
- 2+ years of data management experience including data modeling, data integrity and data quality
- Experience with SharePoint development
- Experience with GitHub
- ISTQB Certification
- Ability to work onsite at one of the posted locations (uptown Charlotte, NC and West Des Moines, IA) under a hybrid model.
