What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and lead the visual direction for marketing campaigns, including digital, print, packaging, and environmental graphics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling creative concepts
- Guide and mentor team designers, providing creative feedback
- Oversee the production of visual materials, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Stay abreast of industry trends to keep the brand at the forefront of design innovation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field preferred
- 8 years of professional experience in graphic design or art direction
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual design
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and common digital tools
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 0-2 years of experience as an Rx Technician or Customer Service Representative in a healthcare-related service
