Assess and understand the safety requirement and compliances of the Airport, Develop Safety management plan, Enable to Implement onsite Safety Management plan, Develop review and monitoring mechanism;
Assess and understand the Environmental requirements and compliances of the project, Develop Environmental management plan ,Enable to Implement onsite Environment Management plan, Develop review and monitoring mechanism and enabling to get CFE & CFO
Assess and understand the Health requirements and compliances of the project, develop Management Plan, enable to Implement onsite Management plan, Develop review and monitoring mechanism for the activities
Design & Develop emergency requirement
Driving change management process & programs
Traveling employees on safety,
Health & Environment & Promotional programs. No. of Safety & Environment meetings
Conducting emergency and contingency
Planning exercises Mock drills in accordance with DGCA & organizational safety management requirement.
