      • Research: Producing scientific literature reviews, thought pieces and insights reports for various business teams to improve the impact and scale of their work

      • Design: Working with world-class service designers, UI/UX designers and VD designers to meaningfully improve the strategy and delivery of products, services, features, and programs

      • Communication: Producing simple and easy-to-understand communications of scientific insights and project outputs to executive leaders to shape long term business decisions

      • Capability Development: Work with Talent specialists to produce efficient and scalable frameworks and programs to upskill the ANZ workforce on behavioural science thinking: key principles, experimentation mindset, measuring what matters, and developing an appreciation on how context matters

      • Experimentation: Work with business, delivery teams and world-class technology teams to jointly design rigorous randomised control trials to evaluate the impact of our interventions and grow our shared understanding of ‘what works’ in terms of improving financial wellbeing

      • Network with experts: Build external networks of experts in financial decision-making that can share latest insights with our teams through general speaker series events

      What will you bring?

To grow and be successful you bring the following skills and experience:

      • A tertiary degree in either: behavioural science, behavioural economics, economics, psychology, neuroscience, computer science, mathematics

      • 2+ years of demonstrated experience in applying behavioural science to solve problems

      • Demonstrable experience in producing compelling presentation and easy-to-understand communications of insights

      • Proficiency in statistical thinking, particularly in terms of experimental design and empirical methods in social science (e.g., regression analysis, descriptive analysis, RCTs, econometrics)

      • Experience designing experiments and conducting relevant analyses on collected data

      Working with specialists

      • Experience applying evidence-based methods with data and design teams

      • Experience working with developers in scaled agile

      • Experience working with legal and risk teams in ensuring good project outcomes

      Executive presence

      • Stakeholder management and consensus building with senior business leaders and their teams

      • Confident and effective communication skills to all audience levels

      • Understanding of business models and how design can drive business impact

      • Ability to identify key business metrics and translate them into measurable design metrics

      • Development of strategies and plans that aim to simultaneously improve customer financial wellbeing and business outcomes

It would also be helpful if you have:
