- Supervise activities of the provisioning center team in conjunction with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager
- Deal with issues that arise from employees or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)
- Meet sales goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff
- Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
- Ensure compliance with state regulations, policies and procedures
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Maintain compliance with security, inventory, and local and state regulations
- Ensure the safety and satisfaction of both the patients and employees
- Education staff on cannabis strains, edibles, concentrates, and consumption mechanisms
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and strains industry-wide and in the store
- Be a shining example of good behavior and high performance
- 2+ years of experience in a retail management environment
- 2+ years of cannabis related retail experience preferred
- College degree preferred; High School diploma required
- Proven successful experience as a retail leader
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills
- Accountability for self and others
- Balanced and intuitive decision making
- Practical and proactive thinking
- Maintain organized workplace
The Lead Budtender (Sales Associate) – Key Holder is responsible for creating a world class customer experience for every customer. The role reports to the Store Manager works with store Budtenders (Lumenaries) in carrying out all retail operations in the store, including, but not limited to, register operations, customer service, store appearance and displays, and employee interactions, and by performing other functions as assigned.
