- Drive business analysis for SABRE Trade Lake initiatives, including regulatory reporting (e.g., MiFID II, SFTR, MAR).
- Collaborate with teams across asset classes (FX, ALM, Rates, Credit, Commodities) to gather and validate requirements.
- Help extend the SABRE data model (FpML) and API capabilities for faster, more intelligent trade data access.
- Build trusted relationships with business, technology, and control function stakeholders across regions.
- Lead cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and propose future-proof solutions.
- Translate business problems into detailed functional specifications and test scenarios.
- Work alongside developers and QA in agile squads to ensure high-quality product delivery.
- Support UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution.
- Enhance logical data models and maintain SCB data standards across FM trade systems.
- Contribute to the data integrity and control framework for trade lifecycle and reporting.
- Proactively identify risks and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
- Contribute to the stability and accuracy of trade data supporting internal and external reporting.
- Strong product knowledge across financial markets (FX, Credit, Commodities, etc.)
- Experience with trade lifecycle, booking systems, and regulatory reporting (e.g., EMIR, CFTC)
- Proven ability to lead complex business analysis in agile, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with platforms such as Murex, BTS, Apex, Sophis, and eCommerce tools
- Data-savvy with strong knowledge of data modelling, querying (SQL/NoSQL), FpML, and Elastic Search (a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Technology, Engineering, or related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience in financial markets project delivery
- Background in middle/back office processes and trade flow is highly desirable
- Exposure to SABRE, trade STP, or ISDA CDM standards is an advantage
