About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to support the Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Global Solutions Program Office (GSPO), as part of the WIM Chief Administrative Office. This role is responsible for working with business partners and enterprise Global Delivery Enablement (GDE) to transition onshore work processes to Wells Fargo India & the Philippines (I&P); facilitate changes to existing transitioned work from a technology, scope or headcount perspective; ensure documentation for new and existing transitions is accurate and up to date; perform research for ad hoc requests for data or documentation. This role partners across all WIM LOBs and is a liaison between the business, the GSPO and GDE.
In this role, you will:- Develop timelines for transitions, and partner with GDE to ensure the transition process is followed and that all risks and controls are accounted for.
- Partner with enterprise Transition Project Managers for medium complexity transitions, acting as relationship manager between the business and the enterprise, and ensuring adherence to the process and that all required approvals occur.
- Once transitions have reached a steady state, manage changes to the work from a technology, scope or headcount perspective.
- Review existing transition documentation for completeness and adherence to GDE processes and policies
- Field ad hoc requests for data and documentation on existing transitions, accessing the Global Delivery Activity (GDA) tool, Documentum and other repositories
- Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives
- Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate
- Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues, and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations
- Make decisions in moderately complex situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans
- Exercise independent judgment and provide guidance in diverse support functions and operations for a single business group within a line of business
- Collaborate and consult with leaders and executive management
Required Qualifications, US:- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.
Desired Qualifications:- Experience in the global delivery transition process at Wells Fargo
- 2+ years’ experience working with partners in the US
- Ability to manage multiple projects and consistently prioritize work, meet deadlines and achieve goals
- Experience working in a virtual and matrixed environment, working across multiple time zones
- BS/BA degree in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to partner across the organization and build strong, productive relationships
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience developing and cultivating professional relationships
- Medium-level influence and persuasion skills, including experience interfacing with leaders with confidence and presence
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and own deliverables from concept to implementation
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
- Consistently displays a positive, optimistic and “can do” attitude
