Manage our Debit Card Fraud Mitigation platform and partner across the enterprise and industry to influence change for enhanced loss mitigation controls.
Perform complex analysis and turn findings into executable plans to reduce non-approval rates, reduce expenses, enhance the customer experience, and/or enhance fraud detection.
Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.
Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services and initiatives.
Drive accountability for assigned initiatives, limit risk exposure, and create efficiencies as appropriate.
Review strategic approaches and effectiveness of support function and business performance.
Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
- 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Proficiency with SAS/SQL (programming, macros, and data mining large datasets)
- Financial services industry experience (Credit Card, Debit Card, authorization processing, digital wallet processing, loss mitigation controls)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of business process analysis, process reengineering disciplines, and enhancing operations to accomplish business objectives.
- Exceptional organizational, project management, time management and administrative skills to manage multiple activities concurrently with challenging deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience with platform management, process flows, data mapping, conversions, system analysis, and authorization processing.
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with the ability to turn findings into executable plans.
- Ability to build partnerships and collaborate across multiple lines of businesses to support large scale initiatives.
- Ability to execute a sound approach to test and validation of new loss mitigation controls and/or platforms.
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy with the ability to translate and summarize complex data in a manner that educates, enhances understanding, and influences decisions.

Act as a technical expert with the management of our Falcon (fraud loss mitigation) application. This includes but is not limited to: translating business needs, risks, and opportunities into project requirements. Consulting. Product Research
- Collaborate with business partners and/or external vendors to enhance technology and/or functionality associated with authorization and/or fraud loss mitigation controls to deliver sound solutions and best in class layered controls that focus on value proposition, customer experience, process improvements, and fraud mitigation to support strategic growth initiatives.
- Conduct root cause analysis / trouble shoot issues and turn findings into executable plans to meet business objectives with sound risk controls.
- Coordination of task / timeline to support project initiatives.
- Exercise sound risk judgment ensuring that strong controls are in place to mitigate fraud risk.
- Lead or participate on cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives.
- Perform assessments through fact finding and data analytics requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues.
- Research to identify new data / tools to optimize and transform business processes to reduce non-approval rates, reduce expenses, enhance the customer experience, and/or enhance fraud detection.
- Test, validate, implement, and monitor of new loss mitigation controls and/or platforms.
