      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant within our Auto Operations Leadership Team. This role will be responsible in assisting the Auto Operations Leadership Team in the oversight of Third-Party performance and monitor control effectiveness and oversight.

      In this role, you will:

      • Assist the Third-Party Management Auto Operations leadership team with gathering third party performance data to communicate performance trends to internal and external partners as needed.
      • Monitor control oversight reporting to ensure aligned controls are effective.
      • Assist in the validation of third-party service provider’s performance metrics.
      • Facilitate business review meetings with third party service providers and internal line of business partners.
      • Partner with Supplier Management to execute third-party service provider assessments and oversight activities.
      • Assist and lead Operational Review assessments of the third-party service providers, when applicable.
      • Identify gaps in controls and develop any necessary action plans to care for the gap or deficiencies.
      • Perform assessments through fact finding and data requiring creative approaches to solving complex issues and develop appropriate solutions or recommendations.
      • Make decisions in highly complex and multifaceted situations requiring solid understanding of business group's functional area or products, facilitate decision making and issue resolution, and support implementation of developed solutions and plans.
      • Collaborate and consult with members of the Business Execution team and team leaders to drive strategic initiatives.
      • Influence, guide and lead less experienced Strategy and Execution staff within the group.

      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


      Desired Qualifications:

      • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to prepare and present senior leadership level presentations.
      • Advanced skillset in Excel and PowerPoint
      • 3+ years’ proven experience in leading complex initiatives in Third-Party Risk Management space
      • Experience with Control Design and Control Effectiveness principals and testing
      • Ability to perform reporting responsibilities while collaborating with other business partners to create reporting, analyze data and research and respond to any reporting issues.
      • Experience with Third-Party Operational Risk Management database (STORM/Process Unity) and/or similar industry Risk Life Cycle database
      • Ability to translate and summarize complex data into understandable, actionable information and recommendations.
      • Knowledge and understanding of Risk and Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) processes.
      • Experience in problem analysis, solution implementation, and change management
      • Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members.
      • Ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear manner to multiple levels of the organization
      • Ability to execute in a fast paced, high demand, environment while balancing multiple priorities


      Job Expectations:

      • Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
      • This position offers a Hybrid work schedule.
