      About this role:

      Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Business Execution Consultant to serve as a Program Manager for Wells Fargo’s LAUNCH Program for Global Treasury Management.


      In this role, you will:

      • Lead cross functional teams to strategize, plan, and develop program's schedule and communications
      • Manage the development program for internal team members aspiring to be Treasury Management Consultants
      • Manage the nomination and approval process for the program
      • Develop , plan and execute all pre-work , in-person development events, and reinforcement trainings
      • Coordinate the coach and mentor assignments for Associates and track progress
      • Host bi-monthly check-in meetings with the coaches of associates
      • Coach and track progress and development of associates
      • Coordinate and coach TMC facilitators who will lead in-person development sessions
      • Partner with L&D to schedule training events
      • Provide monthly status reporting, track KPIs, and deliver updates to executive management


      Required Qualifications:

      • 5+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
      • 3+ years of Treasury Management experience with the ability to navigate the Global Treasury Management network of resources; including Sales, Support, Implementation, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations and Technology
      • 3+ years of Sales or Sales support experience

      Desired Qualifications:

      • Proven ability to define, develop, and lead strategic initiatives to enhance performance and efficiency
      • Fluency in Treasury solutions, processes, and systems knowledge, with an understanding of interdependencies
      • Strong organization skills with the ability to interact with executive level management
      • Ability to influence others to make decisions supporting business objective
      • 3+ years Project Management experience or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
      • MBA and/or Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation
      • Ability to manage requests, organize work in a holistic manner to create an effective strategy for the large organization
      • Strong presentation and communication skills
      • Ability to identify, develop and coach talent
      • Highly adaptable to work with multiple teams and various leadership level
      • Adaptable and can prioritize in a rapidly changing environment


      Job Expectations:

      • Ability to work on-site at approved location at least three days a week
      • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time; around 4 weeks per year
      • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

      Pay Range for San Francisco Bay Area, California: $115,900-206,100 yearly
