      We are seeking a talented Lead Business Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team and play a key role in the development and enhancement of our mobile trade-in device processing software. As a Lead Business Systems Analyst, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders, to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical specifications. You will leverage your expertise in software systems and business analysis to drive the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and business objectives.

      Preferred candidates are those located in Nashville, TN or Dallas, TX. Remote work is an option for suitable candidates, with a preference for those in the EST/CST time zones.

      What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

      • Collaborate with business stakeholders to collect and document requirements for the mobile trade-in device processing software
      • Analyze and assess existing business processes and systems to uncover opportunities for improvement and optimization
      • Translate business requirements into concise technical specifications, including user stories, use cases, and functional requirements
      • Work closely with software engineers and product managers to ensure the successful delivery of software solutions that align with business needs and quality standards
      • Conduct comprehensive testing and validation of software features and functionalities to ensure accuracy, reliability, and user satisfaction
      • Facilitate communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle. Provide training and assistance to end users on software functionality and usage
      • Continuously monitor and evaluate software performance, identifying and addressing issues or areas for improvement
      • Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies relevant to mobile device trade-in solutions
      • Maintain close coordination with functional owners and design solutions. Lead fit-gap analysis, conference room pilots, testing, implementation, and support

      What are the requirements needed for this position?

      • Proven 7-year track record as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar role, preferably within the Supply Chain and/or Telecommunications industry
      • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving capabilities, adept at translating intricate business requirements into technical solutions
      • Sound comprehension of business processes and systems, particularly within the mobile device trade-in or telecommunications sector
      • Proficiency in requirements gathering, documentation, and analysis methodologies, committed to delivering top-quality solutions that align with business objectives and surpass customer expectations
      • Demonstrated initiative, adaptability to evolving organizational and operational dynamics, and consistent adherence to deadlines, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying improvement opportunities within our team and organization
      • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering productive collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
      • Thorough understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile or Scrum, as well as software testing principles and practices
      • Highly desirable experience with Atlassian tools (Jira + Confluence)

      What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

      • Project Management and/or Business Systems Analyst Certification a plus
      • Experience with Data Warehouse tools like snowflake, data bricks are a plus
      • Experience with testing web services using Postman is a plus

      Pay Range:

      $84,100.00 - $140,500.00

      Any posted pay range considers a wide range of compensation factors, including candidate background, experience and work location, while also allowing for salary growth within the position.
