What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development and execution of a multi-year strategic technical roadmap for the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and broader People Technology systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business needs into technical requirements and scalable system designs
- Manage large-scale implementations and enhancements, overseeing scope, resourcing, timelines, and budget
- Support integration efforts between the ATS and key enterprise systems to enable a seamless and efficient talent technology stack
- Mentor junior and senior analysts, fostering growth in technical and stakeholder management skills
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 12+ years of experience in business or systems analysis in global, high-growth environments
- 5+ years leading end-to-end ATS implementations, including configuration, integrations, and reporting
- Experience in Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Benefits, and Performance modules
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex programs and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience with Agile or hybrid methodologies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience with platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, Visier, or similar
- Background in Talent Acquisition or People Operations
- Knowledge of Workday configuration and business process design
- Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt strategies to dynamic environments
