Maintain the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experiences and communicating with clients, and families.
Plays an integral role in interfacing with clients and families to ensure safe, appropriate, and meaningful care is being provided.
Serves as a mentor to caregivers and supports their care delivery.
Maintains a calm, positive demeanor at all times and can effectively multitask in a high-functioning environment.
The ideal candidate has prior experience working in the home care industry or medical office setting.
Assisting with transferring/moving client from place to place throughout their home
Performing housekeeping activities which include (but are not limited to): vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, doing laundry, and cleaning the bathroom
Preparing meals and snacks according to instructions
Accompanying clients on errands or medical appointments
Bathing/Showering/Dressing/Shaving
Medication reminders
Assisting with prescribed range of motion exercises
Dementia care
Companionship activities such as reading, music, puzzles, etc.
Must be able to lift/move 50 lbs. without assistance
High school graduate or equivalent.
Able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment.
Have a valid driver’s license and use of insured automobile.
Current CPR/1st Aid
Current Level 1 Fingerprint card
Read, write, speak, and understand English.
