      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with clients’ meeting owners and planners to support their sourcing, planning, booking, and payment processes
      - Provide training on processes and policies as needed to stakeholders
      - Offer expert advice and consultation on venues and options for meetings and events
      - Participate in customer meetings to facilitate change management and strategy adoption
      - Negotiate rates and conditions with venues to drive savings and enhance competitive terms

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Experience in venue sourcing or the hotel industry, with strong knowledge of meeting and group standards
      - Proven customer engagement and management skills
      - Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
      - Fluency in English, both spoken and written
