What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate investigator/site feasibility and identification processes, along with study startup activities
- Monitor project timelines and patient enrollment, implementing corrective and preventive measures as needed
- Manage the query resolution process and ensure compliance with monitoring visit reports
- Oversee project teams in site contracting, payments, and training activities
- Conduct site audits and manage the resolution of any findings at a country/regional level
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Relevant educational background, such as MD, MPharm, RN, or a degree in Life Sciences
- Minimum of 4 years of site monitoring experience with participation in global clinical projects
- Prior experience monitoring or managing sites and CRAs in the United States
- Strong proficiency in English and MS Office applications
- Ability to travel up to 65% based on project needs
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Strong experience in Oncology and familiarity with CAR-T Therapy or other advanced therapies
- Experience in GI conditions such as Crohn's disease, Ulcerative Colitis, or IBS
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to plan and multitask effectively in a dynamic team environment
