      To be successful in this role, you:

      • Hold a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education/experience) and have eight (8) years of highly relevant experience, including six (6) years in healthcare.
      • Have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in a technical leadership position required.
      • Possess the capability to convert business requirements into effective solutions and collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful execution and delivery.
      • Have experience in managing IS&T project life cycles using Project management tools such as Jira, Azure Devops, Monday or similar.
      • Have experience in learning and translating existing business processes and complex workflows to deliver metrics and insights with real-time visibility.
      • Have experience in business requirement gathering and translation into functional and technical specifications with documentation.
      • Have hands-on experience with visual analytics tools like Tableau and Power BI, and working knowledge of Visio, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office applications.

      Essential functions and Roles and Responsibilities:

      • Consult on and lead end-to-end support for the Jiva Care Management platform and support all work efforts as needed to meet expected performance.
      • Collaborate with Manager, Clinical Systems Support (CSS) in planning and prioritization to deliver robust system solutions.
      • Support Manager, CSS in vendor management and oversight activities. Act as primary liaison to platform vendor when team members cannot resolve issues or find solutions on their own.
      • Establish, document and maintain standards and disciplines for team, including peer review activities.
      • Lead impact analysis for new projects, workflows, or features in collaboration with Sr. BSAs. Implement mitigation activities at the direction of the Manager.
      • Partner with other technical teams in IT to facilitate delivery of projects.
      • Provide mentorship and training to junior team members by promoting best practices and continuous improvement.
      • Prioritize and assign work efforts to the Sr. Business Solutions Analysts in the following areas:
        • Application performance and maintenance activities related to workflow, data interface (transfers, integration, validation), integrations, and system issues.
        • Issue triage and resolution.
        • Release planning and deployment activities including UAT.
        • Act as a technical consultant and trainer for internal teams and contribute technical specifications to training materials as needed.
      • Prioritize and assign work efforts to the Business Solutions Analysts in the following areas:
        • Business team collaboration to translate needs into functional and technical requirements for execution.
        • Guide negotiation of scope and timeline of defined projects.
        • Oversee work efforts related to development and configuration, quality testing, peer review, user acceptance testing, and deployment of platform solutions within the required timelines.
        • Oversee work efforts related to on-demand data analysis and ad hoc reports.

      Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

      • Knowledge of care management workflow systems, clinical data integration platforms, or other health information systems required.
      • Knowledge of Information Technology best practices for system support, configuration and reporting management.
      • Skilled in interpreting data, identifying trends, and formulating actionable insights; proficient in problem-solving and issue resolution.
      • Ability to create process documentation to include process flow charts and written documentation.
      • Ability to read and write basic SQL statements and general familiarity with relational databases.
      • Project management skills, including effective project planning, project tracking, and project communication skills.
      • Analytical skills.
      • Organizational and time management skills.
      • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization including Senior level staff, external vendors, and external clinic staff both verbally and in writing.

      Compensation and Benefits:

      The position is FLSA Exempt and is not eligible for overtime. Based on market data, this position grade is 71E (see full range below) and has a 10% annual incentive target based on company, department, and individual performance goals.

      • Frequent decision-making. Ability to gather and assess data, determine appropriate actions, apply protocols and knowledge to unique situations, problem-solve and provide consultation.

      Work Environment:

      Office environment Employees who frequently work in front of computer monitors are at risk for environmental exposure to low-grade radiation.
