Job Description

- Provide trauma-informed counseling to individuals, families, and groups, including crisis response and suicide prevention
- Conduct comprehensive mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual assessments
- Create client-centered treatment plans and maintain documentation that reflects client voice and growth
- Deliver mental health support at the tribal school, within the clinic, and through community outreach
- Provide clinical supervision and leadership to an interdisciplinary counseling team
- Coordinate peer reviews, support interns, and serve as a liaison for training partnerships
- Step into leadership as needed to ensure continuity and quality of care
- Master’s degree in human services or behavioral health field
- WA State licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Social Worker, or Marriage and Family Therapist
- At least (10) years’ experience providing direct counseling services to individuals, families, and groups
- Must meet WA State supervisory qualifications

Hiring Range: $83,491.20 - $111,342.40 per year
