What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and service delinquent credit card accounts through various contact channels
- Minimize losses by assessing customer situations and providing relevant payment options
- Maintain goodwill with customers while securing payments through professional communication
- Handle back-to-back calls in a fast-paced call center environment
- Actively manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years in Collections
- At least 2 years of advanced-level experience in customer service, negotiation, and compliance
- Minimum of 1 year of working-level experience in listening skills
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience in Collections
- 2+ years of advanced-level experience in problem-solving and influencing
- 1+ year of working-level experience in decision-making
