      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Service delinquent credit card accounts through outbound, inbound, and digital messaging channels
      - Assess customer situations and provide relevant payment options to minimize losses and strengthen customer relationships
      - Utilize professional and influential communication to secure payments and maintain customer goodwill
      - Handle back-to-back calls in a fast-paced call center environment
      - Manage and escalate risk and customer-impacting issues to management

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - 2+ years of collections experience
      - 2+ years of advanced-level experience in customer service, detail orientation, professionalism, verbal communication, collections, negotiation, compliance, and system/computer fluency
      - 1+ years of working-level experience in listening skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3+ years of collections experience
      - 2+ years of advanced-level experience in problem-solving and influencing
      - 1+ years of working-level experience in decision making
