What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support implementation and maintenance of investigative policies, processes, and protocols
- Administer the Ethics Hotline for reporting and addressing compliance and business ethics concerns
- Prepare analysis and reports on themes, trends, and emerging risks for executive stakeholders
- Develop and manage investigation-related communications to compliance teams and stakeholders
- Assist in training development related to compliance and business ethics investigation processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- B.A. or B.S. from an accredited university
- Minimum of 4 years of applicable professional experience
- At least 2 years of experience in investigation processes in a highly regulated environment
- Minimum of 2 years of experience administering Ethics Hotlines and conducting compliance investigations
- 2+ years of program management experience to coordinate program elements
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of forensic auditing/accounting experience
- 2+ years working with state/federal healthcare compliance laws
- 2+ years of experience working with regulatory agencies (i.e., OIG, DOJ, SEC)
