What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the policy, standard, and other document type review process, including drafting, socializing, approving, and publishing
- Act as a subject matter expert on the Company's policies, standards, and other document types
- Collaborate with management to identify compliance issues and corrective action plans
- Partner with Corporate Risk Management subject matter experts to draft policies, standards, and other document types
- Assist in obtaining and developing content for presentations for committee reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
- 4+ years of experience in project management, compliance, risk, operations, governance, or related field
- In lieu of a degree, 8+ years of experience in compliance, law, risk operations, and governance
- Experience as a lending, deposits certified regulatory compliance manager or project management professional
- JD, CISA, CIPP, CRMP, RIMS or similar preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 6+ years of experience in compliance, law, risk operations, governance, or related field
