We are seeking a Lead Consultant - Enterprise Process Expert to support the development and delivery of business processes and operating technologies associated with our internal manufacturing capability. This role is specifically aligned with Product Traceability, and you will be instrumental in exploiting the capabilities of SAP (S/4 HANA) to realize defined processes.

      Accountabilities:
      As a Lead Consultant, you will act as a source of knowledge for Product Traceability, defining and communicating current and future business processes and improvement opportunities. You will be part of a team of experts defining globally standardized and repeatable processes using S/4 HANA, minimizing the need for local technical or process customization. You will also collaborate with the Programme and Business Data Teams to define data requirements for the processes, analytics, and reporting.

      Essential Skills/Experience:
      - Bachelor’s degree in relevant field (or equivalent)
      - Significant experience of Product Traceability within an SAP ERP system, including the use of SAP ATTP
      - Significant experience of Warehousing business processes utilizing an SAP EWM system
      - Detailed understanding of Manufacturing, Warehousing and Product Traceability Master Data requirements
      - Demonstrated ability to successfully deliver IT and/or Business Change across Multiple Locations and/or Business Functions
      - Demonstrated ability to develop and/or support adoption of Globally harmonized business processes
      - Strong Communication and Relationship Building skills with an ability to Influence others to achieve objectives
      - Ability to interpret and communicate Technical information into Business language
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a Team
