      Inviting applications for the role of Lead Consultant - IT Sharepoint Administrator
      The SharePoint Online Administrator will be responsible for the design, configuration, and day-to-day administration of our organization's SharePoint Online environment. This role plays a critical part in enabling effective collaboration and document management across the organization.

      Responsibilities
      SharePoint Online Configuration: Configure SharePoint Online settings, including site collections, libraries, lists, and permissions, to meet business requirements.

      Site Design and Customization: Design and customize SharePoint Online sites and pages using modern web parts, templates, and branding to improve user experience.

      User Management: Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls within SharePoint Online.

      Document Management: Establish document libraries, version control, and workflows to support efficient document management.

      Security and Compliance: Implement security measures, including data loss prevention (DLP) policies, access controls, and compliance features to protect sensitive data.

      Integration: Integrate SharePoint Online with other Microsoft 365 services, such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Power Platform, to enhance collaboration.

      Migration and Upgrades: Plan and execute SharePoint Online migrations, updates, and version upgrades as needed.

      Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support for SharePoint Online functionality to ensure effective utilization.

      Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Monitor system health, diagnose issues, and resolve technical problems promptly.

      Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation related to SharePoint Online configuration, processes, and procedures.


      Qualifications we seek in you!
      Minimum Qualifications
      · Bachelor’s degree in IS, Computer Science, MIS Management, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience required.

      · Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills

      Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

      Proven experience as an IT Sharepoint Engineer with hands-on experience in design, configuration, and maintenance.

      Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified or equivalent are preferred.

      Proficiency in virtualization technologies (Cloud hosting solutions .).

      Effective problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

      Knowledge of Sharepoint best practices and emerging technologies.

      Experience with cloud-based server solutions is a plus.
