- Understanding of the media planning and content for the utmost outcome within the given timeline, includes daily PR activities
- Meet & interact with the media on a frequent basis to develop a trusted relationship that is of meaningful collaborations. This includes national, international, television, online and new age.
- Preparing content from time to time that includes marketing visual collateral for the hotel, press release, the hotel newsletter and magazines, competition mapping, event planning, speaking at relevant events, awards nomination, content for profiling, CRM initiatives, digital activations and social media initiatives.
- Key activities also include strategizing the press release dissemination with proactive pitching of stories to the media to ensure press releases are endeavoured into larger stories, follow up for article/ blogs/ opinions placement, and consideration for one on one interactions
- Track media movements and keep the team updated - Ensuring participation in the industry stories and also build such stories for the hotels
- Organizing press events and ensuring each & every task is well managed with the best outcome. With media calling and follow-ups as per the protocol

Responsible for the development and execution of annual Integrated Marketing and Public Relations strategic plan that is integrated into brand reputation, social media and communications strategies that support the business objectives, increase awareness and positive perception of the airports.

• Driving brand awareness and lead generation through the individual airport pages.
• Development of a digital marketing strategy to target prospective leads food room bookings and food and beverage offerings. And enabling a seamless user experience to user high conversion rates.
• Monitoring and Strategizing performance marketing via online channels like google ads, social media and re-marketing options. To ensure maximum visibility, reach leading to higher conversions.
• Identifying the correct target audience for the offerings for each airport.
• Identify trending topics, popular channels and revamped marketing strategies for the hotels.
• In-depth analysis of measuring the results of each campaign. Utilising the learnings from each campaign to make the next one better for increased conversions.
• Build on target audience, market intelligence and current industry trends.
