Lead highly complex security issues including those that are cross-functional with broad impact and act as onsite key contributor in large-scale planning related to preventing or mitigating criminal acts involving company assets, individuals, or customers
Make decisions involving complex security situations that require a solid understanding of security functions, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Strategically engage with all levels of professionals and managers across the enterprise and serve as an expert advisor to leadership
Assist Corporate Security leadership in achieving overall Corporate Security program compliance, fiscal management, and strategic planning with business-critical security initiatives with moderate financial or legal impact
Review and analyze complex variety of security issues, customer interactions, and fiscal management that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
Lead Security Risk and Threat Mitigation efforts as part of a collaborative effort with other business lines
Complete frequent safety and security trainings and site assessments at all retail locations, both proactively and reactively
Conduct site-based security assessments and assist on-site with special events
Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, mid-level to senior managers, and Centers of Excellence to address security incidents, resolve issues and achieve goals; may lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Develop and maintain effective relationships with all levels of law enforcement, business partners, and security vendors
Serve as primary business partner contact with Corporate Security, with moderate exposure to internal business partner management
5+ years of Corporate Security experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Valid government driver’s license, working personal automobile and current automobile insurance
Experience working with and building relationships with federal, state, and local law enforcement
Experience in conducting comprehensive investigations
Experience managing high-volume case load, and understanding complex investigative processes
Physical security assessments experience
Experience leading training and conducting site assessments
In office expectations of a minimum of four days a week at different sites as needed while maintaining a permanent office in an assigned high-density building. The assigned office location may change as Wells Fargo’s facility portfolio shifts over time
Ability to travel on average 35% of the time including weekends and holidays, occasionally with little to no advanced notice
Ability to travel within assigned region, including nights, weekends, and holidays, occasionally with little advanced notice.
Ability to work in assigned Wells Fargo office location – when not in the field at other Wells Fargo locations as required for role (e.g., branches, ATMs, administrative facilities)
