A competitive salary from £31,440 – £47,160,
A non-contributory pension between 8%-12%
A discretionary bonus, depending on personal and company performance

As the Lead Data Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial data management and operations within the function. Your primary focus will be on monitoring the integrity of data inside the finance data warehouse, supporting the consumers of this data through analysis and reporting of data quality.
The role executes the BAU portfolio for the team, focusing on business-critical processes including, but not limited to, Solvency II, IFRS, Regulatory and Board paper activities. The role-holder has responsibility for maintenance of associated procedure documents and operating within our agreed risk appetite. The role-holder has responsibility for adopting best practice in executing the BAU portfolio.
As the Finance Data team grows, we are embedding capabilities and scaling our efforts in order to enlarge our impact and bring value to our stakeholders. To do so requires a new focus on data operations – ensuring that we successfully implement our data strategy and realise the potential of our investments.
This role is responsible for the maintenance of data warehouse related documentation (e.g. data dictionaries) ensuring that this is kept up to date at all times and that changes are managed through established governance methods. The role-holder will be seen as an SME for business critical data processes and will have autonomy for regular baselining activities.
